  1. Exercise regularly: You can stop blood stagnating by doing exercise regularly. It improves blood circulation.
  2. Reduce weight: Extra body weight can add extra pressure to your veins. Follow a healthy diet to keep weight in control.
  3. Reduce or cut back on salt: Increased salt intake can increase your blood pressure and fluid retention may occur.
