Meal 2: Morning Snack

Megan fox working out is one of my dream workout schedules. She follows her workout with high dedication and a proper diet to maintain her physique sound. According to the Megan Fox trainer, Megan Fox’s workout includes five phases, it starts with five-minute cardio, then lower body sculpting exercise, upper body toning exercise, abdominal sculpting exercise, and a five-minute cooldown.

And also she does Pilates, cardio, and cycling thrice a week for an hour along with a five-factor workout. Her workouts are targeting her core, legs, and arms to get a well-structured and toned body. The reason for her good muscle structure is that she uses resistance training. It helps in enhancing metabolism, burning calories, decreasing fat content, improving focus, managing pain, and protecting bones.

Here is Megan Fox’s Circuit Routine:

Monday

Workout 1

Three sets each

  1. Alternating Knee Crunches (20 reps)
  2. Burpees (10  reps)
  3. Knee Push-Ups (20 reps)

Workout 2

One set each

  1. Jump Ropes (60 reps)
  2. Lunges (40 reps)
  3. Air Squats (50 reps)
  4. V-Ups (20 reps)
  5. Box Jumps (30 reps)
  6. Alternating One-Legged Squats (10 reps)

Workout 3

  1. 8-Minute Tabata

Tuesday

Workout routine on Tuesday includes Pilates, cycling, and cardio. And also she goes for a long jog.

Wednesday

On Wednesday, it includes three workouts

Workout 1

Each three sets

  1. Jump Squats (10 reps)
  2. Mountain Climbers (20 reps)
  3. Jump Squats (10 reps)
  4. Jumping Lunges (20 reps)
  5. Jump Squats (10 reps)

Workout 2

One set each

  1. 60 Calorie Jog
  2. Lunges (50 reps)
  3. Burpees (40 reps)
  4. 30 Second Plank
  5. Sit-Ups (20 reps)
  6. Wall Climbs (10 reps)

Workout 3

  1. 8-Minute Tabata

Thursday

Again she goes for Pilates, cycling, and a cardio routine.

Friday

The Last circuit training in the week, as usual, has three workouts.

Workout 1

Three sets each

  1. Inch Worms (10 reps)
  2. Knee Push-Ups (15 reps)
  3. Sit-Ups (20 reps)
  4. Knee Push-Ups (15 reps)
  5. Inch Worms (10 reps)

Workout 2

One set each

  1. Second Plank Hold
  2. Leg Raises (50 reps)
  3. Mountain Climbers (40 reps)
  4. Air Squats (30 reps)
  5. Box Jumps (20 reps)
  6. Burpees (10 reps)

Workout 3

8-Minute Tabata

And the remaining two days of the week Saturday and Sunday she takes rest.

Fox regularly follows these diets and workouts to keep her body fit and perfect. Apart from that, she follows workouts specifically to make her fit for the character in the movies.
