The Botox treatment effects will last 3 to 6 months. It needs to retreat after every 6 months otherwise the muscle slowly returns to its original state, and wrinkles and lines start to reappear.

Botox is made from neurotoxin Botulinum toxin whereas dermal fillers are made from synthetic materials such as collagen, hyaluronic acid, or calcium hydroxylapatite.
The purified bacteria in Botox freeze muscles as a result it can help in reducing the wrinkles and facial lines. In dermal fillers, when injected the substances in the fillers go into the skin and add volume and fullness.
Side effects of dermal fillers are skin rash, itching, redness, bruising, bleeding, swelling, vision problems, skin damage, loss of blood flow to the injected area, asymmetry appearance, and lumps. Both cosmetic procedures are made of different substances for different purposes, in rare cases, they can use in combination with one treatment. Botox uses to correct lines between the eyes and fillers to adjust smile lines around the mouth.
Botox And Covid Vaccine: Is It Safe?
Yes. Still, there is no single case published that has reactions between Botox and covid-19. There are strong recommendations from the healthcare providers to get covid-19 vaccine regardless of the Botox cosmetic treatment you went for.
Earlier the published reports are only regarding the people who had dermal fillers and received the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. They experienced only mild swelling in the injected area and lips. And also the side effects are gone their way within a few days and had not caused long-term health issues. The American Academy of Plastic Surgeons tells that people who have received dermal fillers can get the covid-19 vaccine without fear as it does not cause serious health problems.
The conclusion is there are no records of the contraindication between Botox and covid-19 vaccine. So, people who had Botox can get the covid-19 vaccine without fear of side effects.
