Breakfast

  • 2 servings of iron-based cereal (2–4 tablespoons dry)
  • 1 serving of seasonal fruit or vegetables (3–4 tablespoons)
  • 6–8 ounces of formula milk or mothers milk

Morning snack

  • 1-grain serving (2 crackers, ½ slice of bread)
  • 1 dairy serving (1/2 cup of yogurt, 1-ounce cheese)

Lunch
